Lost few more kgs . At 70.5 for now. Just 4.5 kgs away from the target Took sick leave today and it helped to remove the clutter from the mind. Got well by afternoon Read through the entire post. Felt nice that I had this blog Need to plan something more on Financial and Social front , now that Health has been taken care off to great extent BTW, Learnt Backstroke and it has helped in posture correction as well :)

Lost few more kgs - Hovering on 75 for now Joined the IIML alumni community - Looks refreshing for now Went for eating out at Balewadi High street yesterday. Was good dinner after long time

Good things happening to me - 31-Jan-18 to 16-Feb-18

Have become more health conscious with Healthyify Me app  Lost 2.6 kgs in last 1 month. This was amazing when I realized that I had actually gained weight on 14-Feb, though it felt I had lost it. Tummy is getting better every day Enjoyed the birthday party at Mariott. Consumed the entire day calorie and dieted for the entire day Was able to walk 4 km non-stop on treadmill yesterday. Finally something is useful after 1.5 years Have to plan for marathon and swimming now. Probably gym change as well.

Good things happening to me - 20-Jan-18 to 30-Jan-18

Started Healthify subscription. Have lost 1.7 kg in last 4 weeks. Had already lost 2 kg in Nov-17 and Dec-17 via Tennis. More to follow :) Target calories are 80% of what is mentioned in app 3 days focussed strength training and 3 days of cardio Diet recommendation and Ruchi's help in following them Need to plan on swimming and marathon activities
