Good things happening to me - 20-Jan-18 to 30-Jan-18
Started Healthify subscription. Have lost 1.7 kg in last 4 weeks. Had already lost 2 kg in Nov-17 and Dec-17 via Tennis. More to follow :) Target calories are 80% of what is mentioned in app 3 days focussed strength training and 3 days of cardio Diet recommendation and Ruchi's help in following them Need to plan on swimming and marathon activities
