End of the year!!! A crazy one with loads to do in the beginning and nothing much in the end. Hope every year is like this one ... A very happy new year 2013 !!

Slept like hell on weekend Talking to Rajeev bhaiya after long Some really good discussions with papa on :- Current context of Delhi rape case and fury of junta and the Runga Billa case  Arvind Kejriwal and JP movement  - how ppl in north get too emotional and some other leader like laloo or mulayam might rise of all this On finding motivation for the new year The first 2 are about how short the public memory is and nothing changes in India.

Started and survive the day with half a bucket of water.Trivial but important survival skills from KNIT came handy today.Awesome queues for the water and morning started with filling 1 bucket of water for daily use. Never thought will have to ever face it.But you never know when the flat owner suddenly decides that today is the cleaning day with no prior announcement.

Can't believe that I will be going to office at 12 PM with no guilt in the conscience...Could have never thought about it 4 months back..

Here it goes ... Realization that I am talking more to family than I used to in the last 2-3 months... Keeping some new KRAs for shreya.. Sleeping like hell on 25th December ...after ages..

This post comes after more than a year of no posts.Life has been defined more by work and less by Life.Meaning there is little of work life balance for me.Nothing much to think and do something different. Here it goes... November 2011 - Was in a regular Thane - Vikroli routine with creation of some macro stuff for the project December 2011 - Half time with cold .Loads of initiatives to do. January 2012 - Continued the initiatives stuff. IIM L revisit with Sid for a day.There was this good dialogue we repeated to each other  "It feels great to be back on campus :)".  Went home after that. February 2012- Complete wastage of weekend birthday for a deal we lost.Good learning though.A memorable Chennai trip with loads to learn March 2012 - Another deal and another learning. April 2012 - Moved to Aussie client for 6 months.Loads of initiatives May 2012 - Got to transition 400+ ppl with no guidance in sight June 2012 - Havoc of all the months in TCS.
