Good things happening to me - 20-Jan-18 to 30-Jan-18


  • Started Healthify subscription. Have lost 1.7 kg in last 4 weeks. Had already lost 2 kg in Nov-17 and Dec-17 via Tennis. More to follow :)
  • Target calories are 80% of what is mentioned in app
  • 3 days focussed strength training and 3 days of cardio
  • Diet recommendation and Ruchi's help in following them
  • Need to plan on swimming and marathon activities
